South side of Phase 1 Paradise Beach
Apartment Blocks 3, 4 & 5
Works advance into finishing stages as painting continues throughout the apartments. All units are now fully tiled and windows installed in 80% of the apartments in these Blocks. We now have 2 further show apartments as one of our furniture suppliers has fitted out a furniture and accessories package for a 2 bedroom apartment and a 3 bed duplex penthouse.
Semi Detached Villas
All of these units on the south side are well into finishing stages as painting has been completely finished both internally and externally. Kitchens have been fitted in approx 40 plus units so far and the electrical works have started in each unit.
Frontline Detached Villas
The 6 luxury frontline villas on the south side of Phase 1 have now completed tiling works on all units and windows have begun. The painters are preparing to paint internally and externally over the next few weeks. Barbeque areas have been built in the side terrace area as well as a shower area near the private swimming pools.
Infrastructures on the south side of phase 1 are already in completion stages. As per previous newsletters, all roads have been built. Footpaths are being built from semi detached villas to the swimming pool areas and are already almost completed. Water hydrants have been put in place. All public lighting has been put in place along the paths and among the gardens.
North side of Phase 1 Paradise Beach
Apartments blocks 1 & 2
As reported in our last newsletter, all apartment blocks are up to roof levels and tiling works continue throughout. Plaster works have already started in Block 2.
Semi Detached Villas
External plastering is almost finished in all of the semi detached villas and tiling will begin over the coming weeks. Internal plastering continues as electrical works finish. Tiling has already begun in the frontline semi detached villas along the frontline ie. units 7-12
Frontline Detached Villas
The frontline villas on the north side of Phase 1 continue in various stages with block work and are already even at plaster works in some of the villas.
Infrastructures on the north of Phase 1 continue. All roads are complete except for one which is nearing completion. Water and irrigation networks are being put in place.
Completion Dates
As per previous newsletters and individual correspondence to purchasers the overall completion date for the whole of Phase 1 is March 2011. However, as the south of phase 1 is in more advanced stages and currently in finishing stages, the majority of units in the south of phase 1 (ie. Blocks 3, 4 & 5, semi detached & detached villas to the right of the hotel plot from the beach) may be ready for handing over in December 2010.
Furniture Packages
In our last newsletter, we informed you that the new show units for the furniture suppliers were almost complete. They have since been completed and one of the suppliers has already fitted out 2 different properties with 2 different packages. A second supplier expects to be in a position to furnish 2 further apartments by mid November, making a total of 4 new show units. Purchasers who have visited Paradise Beach in the last few weeks have seen these show houses and have been very pleased with the quality etc. However, the suppliers are still amending the packages to make them absolutely perfect and are working on their brochures. I do not have an exact date as to when their brochures will be ready. Thank you for your patience regarding this matter.
