May Newsletter 2012Over these last few months, Paradise Beach has welcomed many owners & their families to their properties for their first stay, in some cases, for the second time.
The majority of purchasers in the south of Phase 1, at this stage have now signed the public deed and are owners of their properties and the remaining will be signed before the end of March.
Paradise Beach SA would like to wish all of our purchasers and owners a very Happy New Year and all the best for 2012. As you know, many of the units on the south side of Phase 1 have now completed the public deed process and the remainder will have completed by the end of January.

South of Phase 1
Paradise Beach SA are pleased to inform you that we have accepted the completion of the properties on the south of Phase 1 from the contractor this week (early June). As we explained in the last newsletter that the snagging of each individual unit has been taking place for the last 8 weeks and ECP, the project managers, are preparing to send the individual unit completion certificate to all 268 units on this part of the development.

South of Phase 1
In last months’ newsletter (March), Paradise Beach SA announced the completion of all units on the south side of Phase 1. Snagging commenced in April. We would like our purchasers to understand that we are dealing with 270 completed units on the south of Phase 1 and the snagging process will take 6-8 weeks in total.

Paradise Beach are happy to announce that the completion of units on the south side of Phase 1 commenced on 31st March and that we have started taking possession of units on the south side with completion certificates being issued to purchasers in the coming weeks.

South of Phase 1
Apartment Blocks 3, 4 & 5: As per last months’ newsletter, works continue throughout these blocks in all areas as we come closer to the completion date of March 31st. Painting is almost completely finished externally while the internal painting continues.
South of Phase 1
Apartment Blocks 3, 4 & 5: All properties in these blocks are coming closer to completion as they continue fitting kitchens, painting, electrical works, sanitary fittings and carpentry works. The swimming pool contractors are on site and will be starting work on these swimming pools as soon as they have finished the detached villas private pools and the pools around the semi detached villas.
