Risks of foreign fishing in the seas of Cape Verde in the debate IFCV

The risks of foreign fishing in the marine ecosystem of Cape Verde is the subject of a conference / debate that takes place from 18 hours on Tuesday, 14, at the French Institute of Cape Verde (IFCV).
