SOUTH OF PHASE 1
In last months’ newsletter (March), Paradise Beach SA announced the completion of all units on the south side of Phase 1. Snagging commenced in April. We would like our purchasers to understand that we are dealing with 270 completed units on the south of Phase 1 and the snagging process will take 6-8 weeks in total. This process is well underway with follow up remedial works completed so far in the majority of these units and we expect to have all works finished at the end of May. Completion certifications will follow after this and the notary process can then begin in June. All purchasers will be duly notified of the notary signing date.
All power and water supplies are up and running and have undergone tests by day and night. All back-up systems in the sub-station are also in operation.
The landscapers are progressing quickly and expect to have all the ground on the south side of phase 1 covered completely in 6 weeks time. Please see the photo gallery where you will see the progress of the landscaped gardens.
All swimming pools have been filled with water. Before the contractor is ready to hand over, they will be cleaned with pumps turned on and fully functioning.
NORTH OF PHASE 1
Blocks 1 & 2
Many units have had the tiling works completed and certified. These units will commence window installation in the coming weeks. The swimming pool at Block 2 has been tiled and the swimming pool in Block 1 is being leveled in preparation for the tiling works over the coming weeks.
Semi Detached Villas – SD1-SD50 & SD143-SD188
These units have started the window installation and will be ready for certification over the coming weeks.
Frontline Detached Villas
Floor tiling has completed in the villas & window installation has started.
Resort Entrance
The resort entrance is almost complete and will be fully completed for mid-May.

As Paradise Beach south phase is being prepared for hand-over and with the North phase following soon, we remind the purchasers that it would be to your advantage to start the proceedings for ordering the furniture packages. We must remind you that, from the moment you order, it might take more than two months to get your furniture in Cape Verde.
