Southside of Phase 1 Newsletter
The signing of the public deeds continues at the Notary of Sal with the properties located on the south of phase 1. Furniture fit outs have also been installed in many villas & apartments to date in preparation for owners or tenants arriving to stay at the resort. Final negotiations continue with the hotel operator and we ask you to bear with us until we are formally in a position to announce the news regarding this.
