Over these last few months, Paradise Beach has welcomed many owners & their families to their properties for their first stay, in some cases, for the second time. It has been a pleasure to see the swimming pools being used and activity around the resort and we look forward to seeing the resort becoming increasingly busier throughout this year.
We understand some owners are still at the furnishing stage. We encourage you to contact us for any advise you may need in choosing your furniture package. The remaining few units on the south side of Phase 1 are due to complete at the Notary by the end of June. All properties on the south side of Phase 1 will be completed and in the possession of their owners by this time. We are preparing for the scheduling of the public deed for all units located on the north side of Phase 1.
