Paradise Beach SA would like to wish all of our purchasers and owners a very Happy New Year and all the best for 2012. As you know, many of the units on the south side of Phase 1 have now completed the public deed process and the remainder will have completed by the end of January. There have been lots of visits from owners over the Christmas & New Year period and everyone enjoyed their stay immensely. We continue to welcome more owners to the resort over the coming weeks and months and look forward to your visit.

Completion Certificates have been released for all units on the north of Phase 1 and we are currently preparing for the next step. For further information regarding the status of your unit, please contact us directly.
