Properties on South of Phase 1:
The majority of purchasers in the south of Phase 1, at this stage have now signed the public deed and are owners of their properties and the remaining will be signed before the end of March. The Resort Manager, Paradise Beach Services are fully operational on behalf of these owners and all queries in relation to the resort management & additional services should be directed to info@paradisebeachservices.com We continue to welcome more owners to the resort and look forward to your visit. With regard to the hotel, we are still assessing several expressions of interest after a feasibility study was carried out by a reputable hotel consulting firm and we intend to select and announce the hotel operator in the coming months.
Properties on the North of Phase 1:
As per the newsletter in January, Completion Certificates have been released for all units on the north of Phase 1 and we are currently preparing for the next step as we proceed towards the public deed.
