South side of Phase 1 Newsletter
The south side of Phase 1 has changed dramatically over the last few weeks as the landscape continues to mature. Please see the gallery section of our website for photos and videos of this completed part of the site.
Our project managers ECP are continuously issuing completion certificates on completed units. If you have not yet received yours, you will over the following weeks. Please note that as per your contract the last payment must be paid in Cape Verde. Please contact the After-Sales Team in Sal for further information.

The notary process is due to start shortly and once we have been advised by the local authorities of the start date you will be duly informed.
FURNITURE PACKAGES NEWSLETTER
With Paradise Beach South phase completed and with the North phase following soon, we remind the purchasers that it would be to your advantage to start the proceedings for ordering the furniture packages. We must remind you that, from the moment you order, it might take more than two months to get your furniture in Cape Verde. So if you’re interested in any of the packages, please contact us or contact the suppliers directly and we’ll help you through the process.
Supplier 3 - Rhooms
As we have previously announced, Paradise Beach is now recommending a third supplier. Like our other two suppliers, Rhooms offer quality and competitive prices, as well as a guarantee of an excellent service.

As before, we will also send you all the information about Rhooms to your e-mail address. And if you wish to see the furniture packages, you are more than welcome to visit us, as Rhooms also have fully furnished show apartments in Paradise Beach.
New brochures
Please pay attention to the new brochures issued by SamuelHome (Supplier 1) and AIGA (Supplier 2) under the link “Furniture Packages”. We remind you that both suppliers also offer good quality economical packages, whose brochures have already been sent to all purchasers’ e-mail addresses.
Visits to the show apartments
Since the beginning of the year, we’ve had the pleasure to show the fully fitted apartments from our recommended suppliers to many of Paradise Beach purchasers. It is the general opinion that actually seeing the apartments with the furniture and accessories is quite helpful in the decision of which package to buy.
However, for those who cannot come to Cape Verde, we remind you that you can find pictures and a virtual tour of the show apartments as well as all the information you need on the furniture packages section of the Paradise Beach website.
