South side of Phase 1 Newsletter
As per the last newsletter, all units are completed in the south side of Phase 1. This includes apartment Blocks 3, 4 & 5 as well as all semi-detached villas from SD51-SD142. Our project managers, ECP, have signed all of the completion certificates for these units. If you have not already received the completion certificate for your unit, you will receive it shortly.
Paradise Beach SA is ready to proceed with the execution of your unit’s public deed of purchase and saleand we ask that you contact Laura Power or Tracey Hall in Sal for details of the completion process and the necessary documentation that you need to prepare. Please note that as per your Promissory Contract of Purchase & Sale, your last stage payment for completion must be paid to Paradise Beach SA, Sal, Cape Verde. Laura & Tracey will also give you these details.
