Blocks 1 & 2, Semi Detached Villas SD001-SD143 & Primary Frontline Villas
The north side of Phase 1 continues to move closely towards completion. All tiling works inside the above named properties are now completed. Windows continue to be installed throughout the apartments and are completed in the semi detached villas. Carpentry works such as door installations, painting of units internally as well as externally and all common areas are progressing. The swimming pools in Block 1 & 2 as well as the 3 pools around the semi detached villas are now all completely tiled and ready for water. The kitchen fitters have started to prepare for the installation of kitchens over the next few weeks.
