Cape Verde will have more a tourism development project
London, UK, 29 June - The British group Assetz is finalizing a tourism development project of 450 million euros by 2200 / 4 on the island of Boa Vista, Cape Verde, called Santa Monica Beach Resort & Spa, according to magazine Overseas Property Professional (OPP).
Speaking to the magazine, the chief executive of the group Assetz, Stuart Law, said the hotel of 457 rooms included in the project will be managed by Wyndham Hotel Group, which is responsible for about 7,200 hotels and more than 600,000 rooms in 65 countries.
The promoter of this project, Island Resorts, has started to select agents and set prices for apartments 1 and 2 bedroom apartments ranging between 99 thousand and 300 thousand euros, 3 and 4 bedrooms, at a cost of 300 000 to 600 thousand euros and 5 / 4, between 600,000 and 1.5 million euros.
The chief executive of Assetz said that the first phase will be complete in late 2012 and said that more than 20% of this phase has already been sold to investors, including the group's customer base, which was the first agent to be selected.
