South side of Phase 1 Newsletter
As per previous newsletters, all units are completed in the south side of Phase 1 and the final certificate of completion has been issued on all units. This includes apartment Blocks 3, 4 & 5 as well as all semi-detached villas from SD51-SD142. Paradise Beach SA is ready to proceed with the execution of your unit’s public deed of purchase and sale. We have been advised by the Notary office that the schedule for the signing of the public deeds will begin on Friday 23rd September and weekly thereafter. You will be duly notified before the end of September of your signing date.
