Northside of Phase 1. Blocks 1 & 2, Semi Detached Villas SD001-SD143 & Primary Frontline Villas
The north side of Phase 1 is very near completion. All tiling works are now completed. Windows have been installed in every unit. Carpentry works such as doors inside the units are complete. Painting is almost complete internally and has been completed externally. Fixtures and fittings have commenced and kitchen fitters have started to fit kitchens. The swimming pools in Block 1 & 2 as well as the 3 pools around the semi detached villas and private villas all have water in them.

Once the contactor is finished at this end of the site, the landscapers will commence with landscaping and planting and it will soon be looking as pretty as the south side. Please keep an eye on the photo and video galleries for the latest progress.
